All brands that require a code are accepted, and you must follow the instructions described below.

• Insert a SIM card from another carrier

1. Insert a new SIM card from another carrier (even if it's not currently active; if you don't have a SIM card from another carrier, you can go to your nearest store).
2. Enter the first unlock code you received by email and press the accept button.
3. If the process was successful, you will see the message “Network Unlock Successful”.
4. Otherwise, enter the second code and press the accept button.

Option 2 – No SIM card required

1. Open the phone's phone app.
2. Dial the code #7465625*638*#
3. A window will open where you can enter the first code you received by email. If it doesn't work, enter the second code.
4. If the process was successful, you will see the message “Network Unlock successful.”

1. Turn on your device and go to Settings.
2. Select “Connections.”
3. Select “More connection settings.”
4. Select “Network unlock.”
5. To remove the network lock, select “Permanent unlock.”
