PASO 1 — RESTAURACIÓN DESDE CERO

Primero, restaura el dispositivo usando 3uTools o iTunes. No omitas este paso.

• Insertar una tarjeta SIM
• Conectarse a una red Wi-Fi o usar internet de cualquier forma
• Activar los datos móviles o el punto de acceso (hotspot)
• Activar el dispositivo
• Completar la configuración inicial / pantallas de bienvenida ("Hola")
• Iniciar sesión en iCloud
• ✅ QUÉ HACER:

1. Restaura el dispositivo desde cero.
2. Deja el teléfono en la pantalla de bienvenida ("Hola") o de activación.
3. Conecta el cable USB y pulsa "Confiar" (Trust).
4. Abre MDM KILLER y presiona "Start" (Iniciar).
5. Espera hasta que la herramienta indique "DONE" (Finalizado).
6. Solo entonces el usuario podrá insertar la SIM, usar internet y completar la configuración.

Detente. Restáuralo de nuevo y comienza desde el Paso 1.
