➡️ 4.-Espere el mensaje del asesor encargado de servicios remotos para continuar ...a) Si usted ya ha ingresado solicitudes de Motorola Remoto con nosotros y ya sabe conectar su dispositivo solo ingrese en el modo correcto e ingrese la orden, no ingrese su whatsapp de contacto y solo ponga la orden , de inmediato lo realizaremos si todo esta bien conectado.b) Si usted es primerizo y desea que llevemos el proceso de la mano con usted , por favor ingrese Whatsapp de contacto para poder continuar con la solicitud y confirmar que todo este bien conectado , asi como poder asesorarlo en las dudas que tenga durante el proceso.

a) If you have previously used our remote Motorola support service and are familiar with connecting your device using USB Redirector (step 2), simply connect your device in step 2 and submit your request. Do not include your WhatsApp number; just submit the request. We will process it immediately if everything is connected correctly.

b)If this is your first time using our service and you would like us to guide you through the process, please provide your WhatsApp number so we can assist you with the request and confirm that everything is connected correctly. We will also be available to answer any questions you may have during the process.

2. Connect your Motorola to the PC.
3. Wait for the message from the advisor in charge of remote services and give the AnyDesk photo and the Lock photo to the Support Agent.

If you have already submitted Motorola Remote requests with us and already know how to connect your device via USB Redirect, in step 2, simply connect your device and enter the order. Do not enter your contact WhatsApp, just enter the order. We will process it immediately.
